April 2007: Last spring we sent a "Flat Wilbur"
version of our school mascot with troops deploying to Iraq.
Captain Walter showed us pictures of what Wilbur has been doing
and answered students' questions. Students presented Captain
Walter
with hand-made thank you cards for the deployed soldiers.
