| November 9, 2007: Faculty and staff members
were given a day to meet, discuss, share, and learn. We started
out with the large group and then broke into committees to
discuss the Standards Assessment Review. Next, grade-level
groups met to discuss how they could implement the
interventions. After lunch we split into three groups. Each
group had the opportunity to view student writing and support
materials available at our school, a film about teaching writing
to elementary students, and Websites with reading/writing
resources. |
