Schweinella Deploys to Afghanistan
January 30, 2008:  Our female mascot, Schweinella, was officially handed over to Capt. J. Opladen of  the 1st Squadron, 91st (Airborne) Cavalry. She will be joining deployed soldiers in Afghanistan.  Schweinella is the "wife" of Flat Wilbur who recently returned from the Iraq deployment with the 2nd Brigade Combat Team. Having these mascots deploy with our soldiers has strengthened the partnership between the school and the Schweinfurt military community.
