Registration

All students, both returning and new, must be registered for the new school year.

Spring Registration for School Year 2009-2010 was on April 21-25, 2009.  If you were not able to come on those days,  please register your children for the new school year as soon as possible.

Updated immunization records are needed if the ones on file with our nurse are more than four months old. .

Please bring copies of the following documentation to support sponsor's/student's eligibility status to complete the registration process:
  • Health forms / shot records
  • Extension Orders (if current orders are 3 years old)
  • Sponsor's pinpoint orders, family travel orders, or confirmation of status
  • Proof of current year's employment (civilian sponsors)
  • DSE Form 802 for appropriated or non-appropriated employees
  • SF50 and transportation agreement (civilian sponsors)
  • Contact Information (2 emergency contacts, home and work phone numbers
  • Court appointed guardianship documents and command sponsorship, if applicable
  • Student's passport or original birth certificate (Elementary School)
  • Student's Social Security Card
  • Current ID cards (sponsor)
  • Central billing letters for the 08-09 SY (if applicable)
  • All documents must be signed and dated
